For someone who always has something to say, I am struggling to come up with a proper introduction to this post. So instead of some semi-coherent sentences, here are my main points: 1) Wow. Thank you all for encouraging and supporting me throughout the years. I cannot believe that I have been sharing my life on this website for 6 years now. 11 year old me did not know what was coming! 2) Just start that hobby that has been on your mind lately. You really never know what something will lead to. For me, this blog has led me to so many things I couldn't even imagine when I was 11 (more on those things later). You know what to do, click "Read More" to jump into this post. Thank you again for stopping by!

5/7/2020 0 Comments Just Be Yourself// A Pep TalkI love creatively expressing myself, and fashion is one of my favorite outlets. Sometimes I get compliments on my clothes at school, but often they are followed by "I could never wear that". Yes you could!! The only reason "I can pull it off" is because you are used to seeing me be myself! I started wearing what I wanted to after the realization that *NOBODY CARES*! People are usually too concerned with their world to give what you are wearing much thought. If you get negative comment, just brush it off. They most likely did not put much thought into it so you should not let it take up your time. Plus if what you are wearing makes you happy, why should it matter what other people think of it? I wore a slightly fancy wide leg jumpsuit the second week of school and did not care if people thought I was too dressed up because I felt so happy and cute! I do feel slightly insecure when I wear something that I love that might be considered as "too much" for school, but once I walk in and show my best friends I have total confidence for the rest of the day! This applies to more than just fashion. I'm always working on intentionally living my best life and not giving people's opinions much space in my head. Life is too short to live according to other people's wishes. Wear that outfit, cut your hair, start that career- do what makes you happy! Your happiness has more value than other people's opinions. And a bonus to being authentic to you? You attract people who genuinely like you for you! My closest friends embrace all my extra tendencies and appreciate me for me. These realizations have been so freeing and have made me more confident to pursue what makes me happy and I hope it helps you find that confidence too. <3 5/1/2020 2 Comments How I Take My PhotosThe highly anticipated post is here!
